2. Visiting this website
When you access this website the web server processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, the resource requested, the volume of data transferred, the status code, the referrer, and browser and operating system identifiers.
The purpose is delivery and stability of the website and defence against attacks. The legal basis is Art 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in secure operation. These logs are deleted automatically by the hosting provider after a short period and are not combined with other data.
3. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies. No analytics, tracking or advertising services are embedded, and no profiling takes place.
Fonts, stylesheets, scripts, graphics and photographs are served exclusively from this server. There is no connection to Google Fonts, to content delivery networks or to any other external provider; your IP address is not transmitted to any third party when you view this site.
For that reason no consent and no cookie banner is required here.
4. Contact form and email
If you contact us through the form or by email we process the data you provide: name, email address, company where given, and the subject and content of your message.
The legal basis is Art 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries, otherwise Art 6(1)(f) GDPR, with the legitimate interest of responding to enquiries.
The form is processed on our own server; no external form service is used. To prevent automated submissions a technical verification value is used and the number of submissions per network range is limited. Only a non-reversible hash is stored for that purpose, never an IP address.
Retention: until your enquiry has been dealt with, and beyond that only where statutory retention obligations apply, in particular under § 132 BAO and § 212 UGB.
5. Booking the online programme
Registration, booking, payment and delivery of course content do not take place on this website but in the members' area at psy-selling.com. The privacy information provided there applies to that processing.
6. Recipients
Recipients of personal data are exclusively service providers acting for us as processors, namely the category of web hosting and email providers established in the European Union. Agreements under Art 28 GDPR are in place with them.
7. Transfers to third countries
No personal data is transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area in connection with this website.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art 15 GDPR), rectification (Art 16), erasure (Art 17), restriction of processing (Art 18), data portability (Art 20) and objection to processing based on Art 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art 21). 9. Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at.
10. Whether provision is required
Providing your data in the contact form is neither required by law nor by contract. Without your name, email address and message, however, we cannot deal with your enquiry.
11. Automated decision-making
No automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art 22 GDPR takes place.
