Karl Isak works as a psychologist, trainer, coach and consultant. His work combines psychological, educational, business and communication-science perspectives — a combination reflected both in his academic background and in his methods.

psyselling grew out of that work: not another motivational model but a pool of instruments that are tried out in the seminar and then used in daily work. Isak takes the same approach in other fields — for example in his psychological pain therapy and in mental skills training for sport.

He delivers seminars for salespeople across sectors, for managers, for educators and for people in the social professions.
